To find out what your health insurance benefits are for contact lenses contact your private health fund, as the entire health fund rebates differ from level of cover from fund to fund.

Upon payment of your contact lenses we will provide you with a receipt that has all the health fund item codes in relation to your purchase.

This receipt then needs to be claimed through your private health insurance either in person, online or by mail and may require a copy of your current contact lens prescription.

We can do the claim through your private health insurance upon collection of your contacts in store. You will need to bring in your health fund card upon collection so we can process your claim and then pay the gap if there is any.
