Refunds & Returns
No refunds are given for change of mind.
To ensure that the fit and comfort of your contact lenses, we recommend that you only purchase the type of contacts that you have a prescription for and that you have successfully previously worn.
All care and quality control of your contacts are done prior to sending them to you. Upon receiving your contact lenses and Prior to Opening the Contact Lens Box, please check the type of contact lenses and the prescription is correct. Do not open the boxes if there are any discrepancies and contact us about this so we can rectify this.
If there has been an error made, contact lenses can be refunded or exchanged if the box is unopened and we receive it back in the original unopened packaging.
If the Error Occurred;
Incorrect entry of contact lens details by the customer: Please advise by email (info@gooley.com.au) that this has occurred and return the incorrect contacts unopened. It is the customer’s responsibility of the lenses arriving back to us in resalable unopened condition; we will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned parcels. It is in your best interest to insured and tractable and in a protective box to avoid damage during transit. Alternative you may hand deliver back into our store for replacement.
We will re-order the correct contacts and the replacement contacts will be forwarded to the customer when we have received the incorrect ones. Payment for postage for the replacement contacts will need to be paid by the customer.
Incorrect entry on our end: Please advise by email (info@gooley.com.au) that this has occurred. We will arrange collection and forward out the replacement of the correct lenses as quickly as possible.
Problems with the Contacts: If a contact lens splits or you are finding the visual comfort and performance of the Contact lens is not you have experienced before, please keep this lens and advise us of these issues. We may be able to offer a replacement lens for you and this may require the faulty contact lens to be returned to us so we can advise the manufacturer.
